The coaching plan focuses on writing your application and ensuring it follows all rules and guidelines. The first draft of your application for the Professional Review is reviewed by an assessor, who will provide feedback on your technical and management skills. The assessor will know the CIOB guidelines and advice on how to format and fill out the Professional Review. If necessary, the application will be sent to the CIOB for review. The coaching plan costs £400, which does not include the fee for the CIOB Professional Review. The process of making changes to a large part of your application takes time, but the overall coaching plan will help you succeed in your job search.
